For over two decades I have been very fortunate to have helped and healed thousands of my clients’ skin disorders from all over the world.
Working with diverse skin types and a vast array of skin conditions over the years made me realise that you have to treat the client as a whole. By finding the root cause of the problem of your skin concern, you are able to transform it with the right supplements, skincare, diet, and lifestyle changes.
The skin is like a canvas giving us insights into our body’s physical and mental state.
The Kat Method
Using my skills as a Dermal Aesthetic Specialist, Clinical Aromatherapist, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner I create balance in the body which will reflect in the skin. The skin is after all the biggest organ of your body.
My unique approach utilises a combination of medical, natural, and ethically-produced products, a holistic look at your diet and lifestyle, and a deep and intuitive connection to you. We live in a world where there is a lot of imbalance and I adamantly believe that finding your inner balance by caring for yourself is so important to live a happy and healthy life.
